There seems to be a lot of confusion from home owners regarding whether a painted house can be pressure washed. Of course it can! (sort of) I’ve had some customers that wanted to have their house cleaned but they fear that the pressure would remove or damage the paint. The answer is a method called soft washing. Soft washing in actuality is how we clean all of the houses that we work on. This method offers low pressure (low enough that you can stick your hand under the stream of water without injuring yourself), and mild cleaning products that safely and gently remove algae, mold and general soiling.
