I know that they were just doing what they should do, and I expect this from my guys but you never really know how someone will act until they are put in this type of situation. My techs, Ben and Nate, found some money while moving some furniture and immediately brought it to the attention of the company that we were working for. I received this message early yesterday from a business owner. Proud of you Ben and Nate! I can train anyone to clean windows or pressure wash to my standards, and reviews on our service are wonderful. But to get a review on your ethics is outstanding and just makes me beam with pride!

I just had my gutters done today. Tim stayed in constant contact with me from the initial online web request through the invoice after the job was done. This kind of customer service is hard to find these days. I highly reccommend Wagner Window Service and will use them for years to come.

I would highly recommend Tim Wagner and Wagner Window Service. Not only was the quality of the workmanship superb but they also went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. The process of scheduling was very convenient. They arrived on time and were courteous and professional. I had my windows and gutters cleaned and they also pressure washed my vinyl siding. The price was reasonable and everything came out beautiful! My gutters hadn't been cleaned in years so I know they were a challenge. But Tim took extra time to make sure they were perfect. I live on a busy road so the windows and siding were really dingy. When they finished cleaning, my windows were glowing and the siding was back to it's original light color.
