I’ve decided to bring a few old pictures to my blog so show before and after pictures of some of the jobs from the past, especially pressure washing jobs where you can see a drastic difference.  You may have seen them on my facebook page but I think here is a more appropriate place.

Here is a home from Ashland MA that we pressure washed this summer.  This is the north side of the house which doesn’t receive as much sunlight as the rest of the house.  This results in longer dry times after rain and from dew, which just feeds the algae.  This also happens in areas that trees block the sun.  As you can see there is a considerable amount of green on the vinyl siding and bricks.  The method of cleaning this house is technically called soft washing.  Soft washing is a process of applying your product to the side of the house and allowing it to dwell for about 5-10 minutes.  This kills the algae and allows for the house to be rinsed with low pressure (hence the name softwash).  This low pressure wash allows us to clean your vinyl to be cleaned safely without any of the risks that high pressure can cause.
